Payment Terms for Account Customers

Our payment terms are strictly within 30 days (from the agreed date of work). Please note that where applicable a Purchase Order Number is required before works commence. We accept payment by Bank Transfer or card.

QUOTES

Your email address will be required. An electronic quote will be sent for all requested works. The quote will cover your requirements as discussed in full. The quote will need to be accepted or declined electronically.

REMOVALS

Please note, this also includes one off moves/delivery of items and items for waste disposal. Our payment terms are as follows: Payment is required 48 hours prior to our arrival by bank transfer or card.

House Moves

We are a fully insured service, however, our insurance doesn’t cover boxes packed by our clients. TV’s are only covered if they are in the original box. Any insurance claim must be raised within 5 days or are deemed null and void.

Our price is a fixed regardless of time on the day, it will not change unless there is an issue with key exchange. In the event keys are not released, our team will return items to storage and redeliver the following day. An additional fee will be payable in this instance (TBC).

STORAGE

Storage charges are payable one month in advance. All invoices are then payable on the same date of every month and payable immediately. You are advised to provide an inventory of all goods stored. Without this there cannot be any claims for an individual item loss. You permit us to inspect your storage area as we may deem necessary.

You must not store any of the following: food or perishable goods, no plants, animals, no flammable or oxidising materials liquids or gases, no paint, petrol, oil, gas cylinders, fireworks, firearms, weapons, ammunition or explosives.

Any high value items requiring storage must be advised and prior consent sought.

We include free storage for items up to £1,000. Items over £1,000 – £5,000 insurance is charged at an additional £5.00 weekly, over £5,000 insurance is charged at £10 weekly. You are required to complete a valuation form.

If any loss or damage occurs payment will be restricted to that paid out by the insurance company.

Access to your storage items is flexible within business hours, 24 hours’ notice is preferred.

Any monies due that remain unpaid after one month permits us to dispose of the goods to offset the debt. If the amount raised fails to cover the outstanding debt, then any monies outstanding will remain due. One months’ notice of departure from both parties is required. If you remove goods before the end of a one-month period, you will not receive a refund for any unused storage costs.

The terms of these conditions are additional to and without prejudice to all or any rights we may have at common law.
